Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

Types of Massage available are: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release,Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Pediatric, Medical, Geriatric, Prenatal, Infant, Sports Massage; as well as Chair Massage.

Price of massage does not change depending on type, with the exception of Hot Stone Massage.

All services  offered can be combined or substitutions may be made, please discuss these changes prior to your appointment.

Unless a specific type of massage is requested, a general Swedish (relaxation) massage will be given.  Please inform me prior to your appointment if any special accommodations will be needed (such as; if a wheelchair, or walker is used).  Of course I always encourage feedback; before, during or after your massage regarding pressure, comfort or specific treatment areas. Communication with your therapist is the key to a great massage!
